A BIG BEAUITFUL BLOCK PARTY

FAQ

General

A Big Beautiful Block Party is Life is Beautiful’s brand-new event. This event is a more intimate celebration taking place in a new Downtown Las Vegas neighborhood, featuring 2 stages and no overlapping sets between artists right by the Plaza Hotel and Casino.

While Life is Beautiful is on pause for 2024, this event is our way of keeping up the tradition of celebrating community, music, and our city. It is not intended to replace the festival. In time, Life is Beautiful and A Big Beautiful Block Party will coexist.

A Big Beautiful Block Party is located at 324 S Main St, Las Vegas, Nevada.

This year’s Life is Beautiful will take place, rain or shine, September 27– September 28, 2024.

Life is Beautiful is unique in that the majority of it occurs in the evening and night where full energy of Las Vegas city lights come to life. Festival hours are from 5 p.m. to approximately 1 a.m. each night.

Yes! Life is Beautiful is an all-ages experience. All are welcome, and everyone three years of age and older are required to have a festival wristband.

While we appreciate your interest, we do not have volunteers.

Thanks for the interest, but unfortunately there are no open positions at this time. Connect with us on LinkedIn here or keep an eye on open positions here for any future opportunities.

A Big Beautiful Block Party is carefully curated to maintain an intimate atmosphere in which guests can fully connect with the music, experience, and other fans without leaving the event grounds.

While re-entry is not available to GA ticket holders, attendees are encouraged to explore the Block Party footprint and immerse themselves throughout the experiences of the event.

Life is Beautiful is a cashless event. We will accept all credit and debit cards, but no cash. Say goodbye to ATM fees and hello to a faster, more convenient way to pay!

Upon entry to the event grounds, fans will have their bags searched. Once available, refer to the Bag Policy and Prohibited Items list for further information. Bags and items that do not comply with the policies will not be allowed at the event.

After the bag search, all guests will walk through a state-of-the-art Risk Detection System.

Unlike with standard metal detectors, guests do not have to remove anything from their pockets; they simply walk through the machine as directed by security and the AI-trained sensor technology will take care of the rest.

GA ticket holders will have their passes scanned. VIP ticket holders can enter through the VIP express lane, where they will receive a wristband upon entering.

VIP is allowed re-entry. No re-entry for GA.

Safety & Security

Medical assistance can be found across the festival footprint. Exact locations for medical resources and tents will be included in the festival map, which is released closer to the event.

Once you reach the festival: If you need any immediate on-site assistance, please notify a nearby staff immediately.

If a friend (or anyone for that matter) needs help or is vulnerable for any reason, stay close and see them through it. We have a no-questions- asked policy, and anything you tell our medical and safety team is confidential. These spaces are safe havens. Lend a hand and the favor will always be returned. If you think you might need assistance or help yourself, notify staff immediately.

To create the safest environment possible, emergency exits will be located across the festival footprint. Exact locations for emergency exits will be included in the festival map, which is released closer to the event.

Keep in mind: Although we never anticipate any issues or problems, always be aware of your surroundings.

Code of Conduct

We are here because of you—and you are here to have the best weekend of your life. You are the eyes and ears of the festival, and we rely on you to follow our code of “beautiful” conduct and to practice personal responsibility.

Anti-Harassment Policy

Life is Beautiful has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind. Please alert staff immediately if you feel harassed or threatened in any way. Remember: No always means NO. Monitor yourself and those around you. If something inappropriate happens to you or someone in your group, notify Life is Beautiful personnel.

Be Observant

We are a community, and we always look out for one another. Everyone who attends Life is Beautiful is part of our family. What makes it so great is the unique experience you create when the gates open. Be mindful of your belongings and your surroundings. If you see someone who needs help, check in with them. If you encounter a potentially dangerous situation or if you observe something that just doesn’t seem right, alert a staff member. If you or someone you see is sick or injured, seek immediate medical attention.

Keep The Neighborhood Beautiful

Downtown Las Vegas is our home and we share this space with our neighbors, many of whom live in the festival’s footprint or the surrounding area. Show them how beautiful of an experience this is by leaving no trace behind other than memories: Throw away your trash, respect the space, your festival friends and the residents surrounding the community.

Buddy System

It’s always better with a buddy, and we encourage everyone to pair up and make the most of the festival. Designate a meeting spot in advance, just in case you lose your buddy or your group. If anyone in your party is in trouble, please alert festival staff immediately to assist—no questions asked!

Safety Is Beautiful

We take security very seriously, and the festival adheres to the highest level of safety policies and procedures to protect all guests. We work with local, state and federal agencies to ensure the well-being of all. Both uniformed and plain-clothed security are stationed throughout the festival. They are there to help. Don’t hesitate to ask for help if you need it. If you can not locate event staff personnel, please stop by our INFO Booth or Medical areas.
